Publicly available information: We may review professional profiles on LinkedIn to support your application.

To find appropriate candidates to fill our job openings.
We use Workable, an online recruitment platform, to manage applications. Workable processes your data on our behalf and may store it on secure servers located outside of New Zealand (e.g., in the USA or EU). We take reasonable steps to ensure Workable protects your personal data to a standard comparable to New Zealand privacy laws. Workable is only entitled to process your personal data in accordance with our instructions.
Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure, including measures to prevent it from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Retention: We typically retain candidate information for 5 years to consider you for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
